Returns are not currently accepted. All products are handmade by me in my lil’ art studio, and each item has an honest and accurate description so you know just what you’re getting! However, if you have a problem/concern/question about your order, please email dippygirlart@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help you out! 

Standard orders will ship within 5-7 days. Made to order items and custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks of ordering. 

Please keep in mind that the upcoming holiday season and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic have slowed USPS shipping times. Once I drop your package off at The Post Office, it is out of my control. All orders come with a tracking number sent to your email that will keep you updated on the status of your new fun dippy thingz! <3 

*Pretty pretty please double check your shipping address! If you live in an apartment, let me know the unit number! Don't want packages getting sent back to me because of an insufficient address, that would be big sad and you’d have to wait longer for your dips :( and we simply don't want that!

Dippygirl art strives to move towards consistent and deliberate anti-racist work, and will continue to use this platform to directly speak out against the injustices that have been placed upon communities that have been marginalized for centuries. I am committed to learning, growing, and listening to these groups as I continuously move forward in my allyship, acknowledging that this is a continuous process. Dippygirl art is a safe space for all, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, womxn and those with varying capabilities.
